Can I use Sortie for free?
Yes. Free includes 1 active trip with up to 3 locations and 14 days, plus manual planning, flights, bookings, travel days, and transfers. Existing Free users may have a grandfathered allowance.
How many trips can I create?
Free includes 1 active trip. Completing or archiving a trip frees that active slot, and existing Free users may retain a grandfathered allowance. Completed and archived trips remain in your history.
Can I plan multi-city trips?
Yes. Free supports real multi-city trips with up to 3 locations per trip. Pro adds larger and longer trips plus Plan a Trip, Fill a Day, and Optimise a Day.
What happens when I complete or archive a trip?
Completed and archived trips do not count toward your active-trip allowance, so Free users can start another trip when a slot is available. Existing Free users may retain a grandfathered allowance.
Are public itineraries included?
Free lets you browse public guides. Pro expands access to the full public and template itinerary library.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time. Your trips stay in Sortie, and plan changes apply at the end of the billing period.
Is export or offline included?
Export tools are part of Pro, including PDF where available in the current rollout. Offline snapshots are available on every plan.
